As a government-sponsored student, you receive letters from the institution and KUCCPS, anyway, this depends on if you actually applied through KUCCPS.
However, if you applied through KUCCPS, you may still need an official admission letter from the school and KUCCPS.
Concerning your official letter, applicants shall be communicated the admission status to the programme they had applied for.

- Log in by entering your KCSE index number as both the Username and Password (Do not include the Year)
- Download and print the admission letter and other documents
How to download your KUCCPS Admission Letter
- Navigate to the KUCCPS Student Portal Login – https://students.kuccps.net/login/
- Provide the following details;
- KCSE INDEX NUMBER
- KCSE YEAR
- PASSWORD [Use Your Birth Certificate No. / KCPE Index No (as used in KCSE Exam Registration) as your Initial Password]
- Log in
- Go to KUCCPS Admission Letter section to download and print your admission letter.
